Departures from South Bend International Airport

South Bend International Airport encourages its passengers to come to the airport about 1.5 hours before the scheduled domestic flight and at least 2 hours before the international flight. The baggage shall be checked-in in advance as well.

The valid and printed out boarding pass shall be provided at the security control checkpoint. Notably, specific requirements for the luggage size/weight and contents are indicated at the check-in and security control. Thus, under the recently implemented 3-1-1 regulation enables the passengers are allowed to travel with only a 3.4 oz bottle, 1 quart-sized clear plastic bag, and carry 1 bag only. 

The flights departing from South Bend International Airport are aimed at Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix, Punta Gorda, St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, and Newark.
